I love love these joggers. The material is like a windbreaker material. The sequins are a rainbow print all over the front and the back and YES they are lined. You do not feel the sequins at all! The sides of the joggers feature a silky magenta fabric. They do have stretch featuring an elastic waistband and drawstrings. An XL can definitely fit into the large yes they have pockets as well!
