It is a bright Windex blue with huge sleeves that feature feathers at the end. There is no stretch, but I have lots and lots of room in the chest area and on the bottom half that goes underneath your jeans or shorts is a very stretchy material so you could size down if your size is sold out or if your larger chested than me. I swear you will not regret buying this top
